 What is the difference between your products and others?                                                                                                                                                          

 We feel passionately about producing beautiful skin care without the use of harsh chemicals, parabensas, preservatives and artificial fragrances. All of our ingredients have been carefully

chosen to ensure that the final result is not only kind and caring for your skin but also safe enough for the whole family. Only the finest ingredients nature has  to offer goes into the making of our products, and specially selected for their skin nourishing qualities. We believe

 that everyday should contain at least one moment of total self indulgence and so each product has been designed with pampering in mind. The combination of facial and body skin nourishing oils and nut butters and the wonderful therapeutic and healing properties and scents of essential oils provide you with the perfect excuse to enjoy a moment of pure relaxation.

 

What Types of preservatives do you use?

We do not use synthetic chemicals.

         

What are the usual shelf-life for products?          

In general, 6-9 months, some of our soaps can stay up to 1 year. Please remember the best date for usage since natural products do have a shelf life.

 

Do you test on animals?

No, we do not test any of our products on animals, our products are tested by family members.

 

Do you process and ship International Orders?

 KAZAM Body Care Online Store can currently ship orders to all U.S. States, Canada and other International orders. INT - INTERNATIONAL SERVICE:  Additional shipping and handling is charged  for International Orders. (The minimum charge is $30.00).

 

What are your policies on returns/exchanges?

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY All sales are final and non-refundable. If you'd like an exchange,

a shipping fee will be charged, we asked you to please be sure of your purchase before ordering. If there is any damage to your order please notify us within 3 days of your original purchase (from the date seen on your receipt.).If you are having any difficulties
